Naturism – a way of life in harmony and respect
Naturism, sometimes known as nudism, is characterised by the practice of going without clothes – whether on the beach, in the swimming pool, in a club or holiday resort, at home or in many other places. Naturism is fun, harmless, good for you and is practised by millions of people worldwide.
Naturism isn’t just about being naked. It helps us feel more connected with nature, and promotes respect for ourselves, for others and for the environment. It’s good for our mental and physical health and it promotes body confidence. Read more about Naturism here.
Naturists around the world have formed national Naturist federations, which you can join and learn about the clubs, associations and events that enable you to enjoy naturism all year round – not just when you are on holiday. Find your national federation here.
