Naturism – a way of life in harmony and respect

Naturism, sometimes known as nudism, is characterised by the practice of going without clothes – whether on the beach, in the swimming pool, in a club or holiday resort, at home or in many other places. Naturism is fun, harmless, good for you and is practised by millions of people worldwide.

Naturism isn’t just about being naked. It helps us feel more connected with nature, and promotes respect for ourselves, for others and for the environment.

If you’ve never tried Naturism, or even if you’re an experienced Naturist, have a look at our About Naturism page.

Naturists around the world have formed national Naturist federations, which you can join. Find your national federation here.
